No commercial use is allowed including the purpose of designing a website or website template, eBay auction pages or eBay about me pages or any other commercial product that will produce any income. You may not use them to make etsy banners, etsy designs, blog headers and blog packs/designs. You may not install/customize blogs with the intent on producing income. You may design blog headers for yourself and your blog ONLY. You may not allow friends to make blogs for you as well with SMJ Designs. You may not resell or offer them (including the shabby blog packs) as your own creations. You may not alter these images and claim them as your own. Designs created using these graphics may be submitted to magazines, contests, and internet galleries with proper credit given to Shabby Miss Jenn Designs including name of kit.
